Personal Data & PDPA (Singapore)

CommitCraft is committed to managing personal data in accordance with the PDPA and guidelines issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

  • We collect only data necessary for the specified purposes (e.g., service delivery, incident response, billing, and communication).
  • We will obtain consent where required and will inform individuals of purposes and retention periods.
  • We implement technical and organisational measures (encryption, access controls, logging, staff training) to protect personal data.
Legal basis

Consent, contractual necessity, legal obligations, or legitimate interests where permitted by PDPA.

Cross-border transfers

Transfers outside Singapore are limited and subject to safeguards consistent with PDPA (adequacy, contractual protections).

Data Subject Rights & Requests

Under PDPA you may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion, or portability of personal data we hold about you.

We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable time. Where appropriate, a fee may apply for access requests as permitted by PDPA.

If you identify inaccurate personal data, request correction and we will take reasonable steps to amend the records.

You may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual constraints. We will advise on the consequences of withdrawal (e.g., inability to continue service).

To initiate a request, contact our DPO at [email protected] or call +65 9 478-25-13. We will verify identity prior to fulfilling requests.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days; substantive responses will generally be provided within 30 days depending on complexity and verification.
